Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sanjeevani Clinic, we strive to provide the best healthcare services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our appointments, treatments, and other services.


1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to cancellation charges or non-refundable booking fees.


2. Refund Policy for Services

  • Payments made for consultations, therapies, or treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment and cancel within the allowed time, you may request a refund or reschedule the appointment.

  • In case of double payment or technical error, a full refund will be processed.


3. Medical Packages / Advance Payments

  • Advance payments for health checkups or therapy packages are refundable only if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date.

  • If services have already started, refunds are not applicable.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method (bank, card, or digital wallet).

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Clinic Cancellations

  • In rare cases, if Sanjeevani Clinic cancels or reschedules an appointment due to emergencies, patients will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.
